Heba Falls
Hebbe Falls is truly one of the most beautiful waterfalls of Karnataka. It is situated near Kemmanagundi and can be covered in an hour drive from Chikmagalur.
The Hebbe Falls is situated deep inside the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary. Normal cars not allowed in this path. People have to drop their vehicles at the gate, get a 400 Rs ticket and then board one of the jeeps run by the forest department. Luckily our driver arranged two seats for us at the jeep of the government resort of Kemmanagundi, so this reduced our wait time. Just as we entered we found that the jeep was already waiting for us with other tourists who were staying at the resort. We paid the ticket price and started our off roading.
